Having something to do is good

Today, I received a call from one of my friends when I was reading some articles on Internet. She asked me to edit her writing in Chinese with the Pinyin for children. I spent three hours to edit her article, and sent to her. She liked my editing very much and said "thanks to me". Actually, I also felt good when I could help somebody, I felt I am useful and I didn't waste my knowledge.

Sometimes, when I receive calls from my friends to ask me some accounting questions and i helped them to solve the problems, I also feel good.

Since I finished my studying in NAIT, I have stayed in home for 2 months and I feel bored when I did not do anything, just watching movies, playing games.

When I was in China, I was so busy. Every day, there were so many things I had to do, sometimes I felt really tired, but I enjoyed because having something to do is always good.

I want to find a job soon.

We did not run today because my daughter had piano lesson, but my husband and I played Ping Pang in the Alberta College.

Tomorrow, we are planning to bring the food and water and walk for whole day in the trail.

Thursday, September 10, 2009

We decided to run before dinner every day, and we just started running today. I thought it was easy before running, but after we ran for about 3 minutes, I felt really tired, and I started to walk. Actually, I just ran a little bit faster than I walk.

Doing a thing for one day is easy, but doing a thing everyday is hard. I will keep running everyday, and I think I'll do it better and better after I practice for a few days.

It is getting colder and colder. The Summer is gone, the Fall is coming, my daughter's school was started, but I still stay home doing the job search.

Today, I got up, prepared lunch for my daughter, searched the jobs posted on the website. I also read my cousin's blog, and wrote some comments on there. Our grandma passed away one year ago, and we were all raised by her. I lived with my grandparents until I went to the senior high school. I was always thinking of writing down somethings about her, but I don't know where the story starts because I had so much memories about her.
